That is a tough request. The problem you will have is that many so called "professional" or "experts" get locked in to their own belief system. For instance, you may find a professional that is THE subject matter expert on Drug X. The problem is he will typically only recommend Drug X and ignore the other data out there that supports the use of Drug Y and Z.
This forum is somewhat like the professional that is locked into his own mindset. Look at all the people that are supplementing with Testosterone and Growth Hormone. There are many "experts" in these supplements yet there is no data to support taking these supplements to help you reach maximum lifespan. Quite the opposite. The data clearly show if you want to become a Supercentenarian you should not be trying to raise your T or GH levels. But... there are the "experts" that will tell you otherwise.
My advice (and this is what I do). Do your own research. When looking at a longevity supplement ask yourself.."Does it extend Maximum Lifespan" if it doesn't, why bother taking it?
What we have now for Maximum Life span extension is Rapamycin and Calorie Restriction... That's it! Senolytics seem like they could be added to the list soon .
All this other stuff... NAD, Resverotrol etc is a waste of money from a maximum lifespan standpoint. Take them if you want but they won't get you to anywhere near 120 years (or older).
