Question: Rapamycin and Ketoconazole cream mixture?

Ketoconazole is often used in anti fungal skin creams. Ketoconazole is also a potent cyp3a inhibitor and studies confirm that it can enhance the effects of rapamycin upon oral consumption of both together. My question is can, (or should) rapamycin powder be mixed with keto cream for a convenient and more effective rapamycin cream?
