Dotto Ring

Anyone has ever experimented with the Dotto Ring? Its an anti aging device created by Gianni Dotto and italian american engineer in the 1970s and became a craze in ohio due to its anti cancer properties and ultimately got banned the medical board. The patent is in the public domain and i am sure people have built the device for personal use.
