Does intermittent fasting during teen years extend lifespan?

I used to eat one plain yogurt for two/three days at a time during teen years, and nothing else. Did it to lose weight. Didn't help much since I'd eat a whole lot afterward. Did this for maybe two years. 

Since intermittent fasting wipes out senescence cells, which the body flushes out anyway during youth, does this help at all? Can't bring myself to repeat it now, but I do eat in eight hours windows for many years now.
