New to this group
Hi,
I'm Johnny and I'm new to this group. I'm 50 years old and recently read the book "Lifespan".
I'm taking 500mcg of NMN powder daily (from donotage), and the methyl version of B12 (I'm low on B12 anyway, and I understand this may help counteract effects of NMN lowering methyl).
I'm doing a 16/8 diet and mostly eating less (CR) and also mostly plants.
I'd like to stick to this simple regimen for about 6 months and see how I'm doing.
Any advice for me?
