CYP3A5 gene and Rapamyacin

I did a full genome last year and just received an updated report of my variants and possible drug tolerances. Checking I found the following on Rapamyacin and the CYP3A5 gene

"Patients with the CC genotype and who are recipients of transplants may have decreased metabolism of sirolimus (n.b Rapamyacin) and require a lower dose as compared to patients with the CT and TT genotype. Other genetic and clinical factors may also influence a patient's sirolimus dose requirements."

I don't have a lot of faith in these correlations yet, and this one calls out as being a transplant recipient. Anyhow, worth checking if you're taking Rapamycin.
