Ace 2 inhibitors May stack badly with sirolimus

I read the drug warning on my sirolimus drug, and found that it warns against using it with various ace 2 inhibitors. I think that that might be what has caused my upper outside chest shoulders and arms surface skin rash. Dr. Green uses both together but has also had a skin rash I hear. So self experimenters out thre be aware of this possible drug conflict.
