Life Extension's Bio-Fisetin

I have read that this product is 25% more bioavailable than most other Fisetin products. I spoke with Life Extension and they said for purposes of addressing senolytic cells, they'd recommend 7 caps (200mg/cap) 1/x/wk. This is very different than what I have been doing up until now- 3 days/month based on body weight. Wondering other's thoughts about his.

  • There's another thread here ??? that covered this.  Look at the contents, just 7mg (+/-) in that LEF product.  These protocols are expensive.  1.7g of std fisetin at normal absorbability may be cheaper (depending on where you buy) then all those LEF pills.  The math needs to be worked out.  FWIW I love LEF, buy lots of their stuff and blood tests.  I'm just saying do the math and perhaps search the forums to find that other thread.

Life Extension says their product is 25x more bioavailable. So, the math is at 8 mg fisetin (per label) per cap... 7 x 8 x 25 = 1,400 mg of normal fisetin. The rub is of course, knowing exactly how bio available it actually is and how they came up with that statistic of 25x. If that is the case, it's definitely a good deal (at $10-$13 per bottle), plus convenient to take.
